Sonic brings home a weird machine he finds on one of his daily runs and suspects it has something to do with chaos energy because of the feeling he gets when he touches it. Tails, being his curious self, couldn’t help but tinkering with it, even thought his big bro told him to leave it because it could be dangerous.

Accidently, the twin tailed fox managed to make the machine function starting to emit a weird light and levitating, making the young fox cry and shock. Sonic comes running in worried for his little bro only to end up as the target of the machine's rays…

Next thing tails knows, Sonic’s gone and is replaced by this little, cuddly and cute baby hedgehog…

Let’s just say Tails found the difficult way that you don’t play with things you don’t understand.

Not knowing what to do, the young fox tries to repair the (now broken) machine in order to make his brother turn back to normal… but he wasn’t expecting that taking care of a baby would be so difficult.

In this scene, Tails tried to distract his little brother with old toys he had around the house but didn’t got to get him interested in any of them. So, he decided to try one last thing. And who knew, it worked.

After all, baby or not, Sonic was Sonic, what could be more interesting than a brand new power ring?
